Regulatory Compliance
Your company can demonstrate its commitment to quality with the NutriApproved Seal program. The seal represents that a NutriCompliance Officer Program client has been reviewed in three critical areas:
- Nutrition Facts and Allergen Labeling: NutriCompliance professionals have reviewed thousands of supplement labels for compliance with FDA regulations. Nutri- Compliance Officer Program labels are reviewed to confirm compliance with nutrition facts and allergen labeling rules.
- Structure/Function Claims: With access to thousands of scientific and medical journals, NutriCompliance formulates and substantiates your structure/ function claims. The NutriApproved Seal represents that product claims are supported by the required levels of substantiation, and that the required 30 day premarket notification has been submitted to FDA.
- Adverse Event Reporting (AER): NutriCompliance develops and tailors an AER program to your specific needs, and trains your staff to ensure that reports of serious adverse events are submitted to the FDA within 15 business days as required. In addition, a document retention policy will be implemented so that non-serious incidents will be kept on file for the mandated six year period.
